In some cases, products from the same order can be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

 ● Ask your local post office and your customs if they have your package

 ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

We print on demand when an order is placed, for this reason all sales are final, but if there is an issue or concern with a product, please let us know! no later than 30 days from arrival date :)

If you receive the wrong size, we will ship a new one.
